The second day in BA has gone by quickly. after a night of plane crashes and murder* we went to the Palermo district for lunch. cam slept till ten while emma on the other hand slept till 12:30… oops. we went on a fruitless search for boots for cam, but ended up with nothing as it is springtime here… not boot season. after a day of walking around the city we read for a few hours and organized our mass of clothes. for dinner we attempted to go to a cuban restaurant that turned out to be closed… we found a japanese restaurant instead…with no sushi and disturbing anime. (disturbing both in a violent and sexual way…) all through dinner, I (emma) had a difficult time concentrating on conversation as there was either gushes of anime blood or sexual expose on the screen behind cameron… we will provide pics… we went to a bar, and cam was frustrated with the amount of english speakers around us.. although I was comforted with the sound of english. we then walked home amongst the garbage and night workers, discovering that night is one of my favorite times to walk around.. very interesting to see the workers in a mostly tourist area. now we are “home” again watching dr. 90210. a full day.
*plane crash=thunder in the middle of the night that woke us both and murder is emmas dream that she killed her father with the help of elizabeth and Rolin… hmm…
