		<description>What a great experience. Thanks for the post. It reminds me of our first time in Istanbul more than 30 years ago. Strangers were so hospitable; they would pay for our food before our bill arrived, someone gave us a bouquet (of basil!) on the street as we passed, and someone else showed us a local sight we would not have seen otherwise. I have never forgotten; the kindness of those strangers made the biggest impression on me.</description>
